A .EU domain name is quite different from any other domain name extension, especially with regards to its Contacts. It is strongly recommended that you review information in the following link before continuing reading further. 1

Following are steps for modifying the Registrant Contact Details of a .EU domain name:

1. Login to your Control Panel. 2

2. Search for the .EU domain name whose Registrant Contact details you wish to modify and proceed to the Order Details view. 3

3. You need to decide whether you need to modify the Company Name, the Registrant Name or the other contact information of the Registrant Contact:

   • The Company Name or Registrant Name (in the absence of a Company Name) of the Registrant Contact cannot be modified for free. 4

   • If you wish to simply modify the Name of the Registrant Contact (which has a Company Name associated with it) and/or other contact details of the Registrant Contact, then you may do so by clicking the Eu Owner Details link. This action can be performed for free.

     Modify the details and click the Save Owner Details button to save the changes. Note that this update will be automatically applied to all the domain names using this particular Registrant Contact.

     Note

     The Modify Contact form supports accented characters, except for the Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address fields.
